Trullo Casa Rosa is a unique Trullo. The owners produce all their own food and the furnishings have been made from using natural and untreated materials and even the heating system is ecologically friendly!

Breakfast includes the finest home grown organic produce and home made fruit juices, biscuits, marmalades and yoghurts.

This classic Trullo has been furnished with authentic hand made pieces and includes all the modern amenities needed should you wish to do any cooking during your stay, the owner will provide you with home made pasta, olive oil, breads and cheeses which are also available to buy should you want to take some authentic Apulian produce home with you. The owner Donatella even provides cooking lessons where you can learn to make traditional Apulian specialities such as Orechiette and Taralli for a small charge.

Its large outside terrace complete with lemon tree and loungers is ideal for soaking up the sun and great for an aperitivo during the warm summer evenings, you can even have fresh lemon in your g&t! It has easy access to a public swimming pool nearby as well as many scenic bicycle and walking routes.
