Villa Silvana is nestled in the beautiful Selva Hills which over look the Adriatic coastline. Close to the towns of Alberobello and Locorotondo, it is in an ideal location for visiting local towns, attractions and is a short drive from the Blue Flag beaches of Torre Canne, Salvelletri and Capitolo. If you don’t fancy the beach and would prefer to spend the day relaxing at your villa by the side of a luxury private pool then this is the property for you.

The Villa comprises of 2 superb self catering apartments which can each sleep up to 4 people. The apartments are fully furnished with all that you would need for your holiday and the decor gives a regal feeling to the apartments. Each apartment has its own private sun terrace, gazebo and outside dining area with stunning views over the Selva Hills, a favourite hideaway for celebrities and Italian footballers!

The villa is set into the staggered rocks of the Selva Hills and is situated on many levels. Apartment Vista Bella is on the lower level with Apartment Dolci Ricordi set further back into the hills on a higher level. The swimming pool is reached by the meandering steps on the lowest level of the hillside. The edge of the large pool drops away to reveal some of the most spectacular panoramic views over the valley and coastline, it is completed with sun loungers and is an impressive pool in the Puglia region.

The apartments stay cool and fresh in the summer months and have the option for ’Al Fresco’ dining during the warm summer evenings, each apartments has barbeque and outside dining facilities. During the winter months the apartments are complete with gas central heating making it warm and cosy and an ideal place to stay all year round.

Villa Silvana is an idyllic property for self catering holidays. It is perfect for those wanting their own luxury pool surrounded by breathtaking views and scenery. Yet not too far from the fascinating towns of Puglia with a huge choice of restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias, all serving traditional Apulian specialities and dishes.
