This ultra-modern, luxurious two bedroom two bathroom trulli has been expertly restored in 2006 providing excellent accommodation while retaining the charm and character of the original building. It is light and airy and tastefully furnished with modern new furniture. It oozes flair in every respect from the inset floor spotlights to the sleek lines of the stylish indoor kitchen. However this Trullo has another secret; a super-large outdoor fully equipped external kitchen with BBQ and Pizza Oven, adjacent to the oval swimming pool, ensuring you can spend as much time as possible in the sunshine. Full central heating and air conditioning make the property suitable for holidays all year round.

The property is in a private location, set in a 1.5 hectare Olive grove surrounded by almond, fig and pomegranate trees. The landscaped garden and lawns have been designed to provide a summer retreat with vibrant colour year round. Gardeners visit weekly to cut the grass and tidy the flower beds.

The trullo has two double bedrooms, both en-suite, decorated in neutral tones to be in keeping with the original stone. Either bedroom can be made as a double or twin room, and both have double doors opening out onto a sun terrace. Each bedroom has ample storage wardrobes and chest of drawers. The trulli has been designed to accommodate wheelchair users however additional equipment may be needed for the bathroom.

There is ample parking and car port to keep vehicle cool during hot summers.

Please note that whilst this is a private property with its own private pool, it does share the same gate and drive as Trulli Mimosa which is located approx 200 yards away.
