Villa Ventoso is a lovely property in a peaceful, countryside location. Built in the attractive stone, local to the area, the villa has a private swimming pool and sun terraces, making it an ideal retreat for couples and small families.

The villa is only a 10 minute drive from the famous White City of Ostuni, with its many restaurants and cafe bars and only 14km from the nearest beaches on the Adriatic Coast.

The outdoor facilities make for comfortable open-air living, with a smart gas-powered barbecue, ample outdoor dining space and the 8 x 4m private swimming pool. The area benefits from a gentle breeze year round, making it a pleasant place to unwind, even in the hottest summer months.

Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for 6. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom lead off the kitchen along with a shower room. A second shower room is located on the other side of the kitchen. The separate sitting room makes for a comfortable place to relax in the evenings and has a double sofa bed. As it is a separate room, this sofa bed offers more privacy than most pull-out beds in living areas. A utility room and small office area are located in the old “trullo” section of the villa. This trullo was built in the flatter Saracen style, rather than the better known “cone shaped trulli“.
