The large semi-circular pool is complemented by a smaller shallow pool and surrounded by an ample terrace paved with terracotta tiles. On the ground floor of the villa is a “taverna-style” living area with kitchen facilities and a service bathroom, ideal for preparing breakfast and light snacks to enjoy on the shady veranda.

On the first floor is the main entrance to the villa, leading into a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining/ living room. The kitchen is brand new. There is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with en suite shower room.
