Villa Bella is a spacious and modern property, with generously proportioned living areas and extensive grounds. The villa has a large, gated swimming pool, ideal for families. Consisting of 5 bedrooms the villa comfortably sleeps 12 people.

Although situated in the countryside, the villa is only a 15 minute walk from Alberobello, the nearest town. Alberobello is a UNESCO world heritage site, famous for its historic trulli buildings, delicious food and wines. Its close proximity to the villa means that it is possible to take full advantage of the local wines and excellent restaurants without the need to get into a car.

The grounds are set alongside olive groves and feature irrigated lawns, palms, hedges and a small pine wood that adjoins the rear terrace. The pine woods make for a wonderful shade in high summer and an ideal play area for children. Steps from the front terrace lead to another rare feature - ancient stone threshing circle or “gaea”. Both terraces are furnished with tables and chairs and are perfect for al-fresco dining. As the terraces are situated on different sides of the house, guests can chose to dine in the sun or the shade.

The interior of the villa has modern décor and an excellent kitchen fully equipped for catering for large groups. From the American-style fridge freezer to the 2 ovens, 5 ring hob and dishwasher every comfort has been provided. The kitchen also features a large dining table, seating 12. The sitting room is light and airy with 3 contemporary sofas, armchairs and three sets of patio doors leading to the rear terrace and pine woods. Three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor of the villa (one with ensuite bathroom) along with the main bathroom. On the first floor is a further bathroom, the master bedroom with balcony and views across the surrounding countryside, and a large bedroom with 4 adult-size bunk beds and balcony.

Villa Bella is a spacious and comfortable holiday home and it has provided a fantastic base to the many combinations of friends and families who have chosen it for their holiday destination.

In low and mid season, the villa is available at a reduced rate for parties of up to 6 people.
