This lovely, stone walled villa is situated within easy driving distance to Ostuni, the White City, and boasts tasteful interiors with leather furnishings and dark wood. The large shaded veranda is perfect for outdoor dining and over looks the large, illuminated, swimming pool and terrace.

The attractive contemporary furniture, fixtures and fittings throughout the villa set against whitewashed walls and limestone floors offer a delightful blend of rustic and modern living.
Villa Iolanda has been restored using local stone with the addition of oak roofs and terracotta tiles to create the lovely veranda. This spacious covered area is the perfect place to while away a balmy evenings, trying out local recipes, washed down with a glass or two of the local "primitivo" wine. The next morning, you can take your espresso and sit on the roof terrace and admire the panoramic views with the morning sun glistening on the sea in the distance.

Outside, there is a private 12m x 6m illuminated swimming pool with sun beds. There is also a poolside shower and a barbecue. The garden is about ¾ of an acre and consists of about 20 olive trees and various other fruit trees.

Villa Iolanda has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area. In the kitchen there is a built-in oven and hob and a top of the range fridge freezer and microwave oven. The living/dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs, TV and DVD player and 2 sofas, one of which becomes a double bed. The master bedroom has a rather unique en-suite bathroom with a sunken bath in mosaic tiles – giving the impression of a "mini swimming pool." The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds and these two rooms share a shower room. There are also hot/cold air conditioning units in all rooms.
