Casa Vita is a luxurious and extremely spacious trullo just 4km from Ostuni. With ample lounge and dining areas inside and attractive patios with stylish seating and large swimming pool outside, this house is an ideal holiday home in all seasons.

Recently renovated to a high standard, Casa Vita is a fine example of "Saracen Trullo" architecture and offers a peaceful, picturesque, hideaway in the Puglian countryside.

The grounds around the trullo have been tastefully designed to cater for every comfort for outdoor living. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven, built-in cushioned seating, sink, fridge and dining table for 8, all shaded by an attractive pergola. A hanging swing bed, sun loungers and hammocks are all perfect for lazing in the sun or shade by the large freeform swimming pool. Speakers connected to the stereo system in the main house allow for your choice of music to accompany your relaxation. For the more energetic there is a table tennis table under a second pergola.

To the front of the house are more patio areas and numerous fruit trees including fig, pomegranate, and peach, cherry, orange, quince and olives. There is also a large roof terrace with views across the olive groves towards the towns of Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica

The well-furnished and spacious interiors include a fully equipped kitchen with island style prep area and an airy lounge with sofas, flat screen TV and cosy fireplace. Two of the bedrooms are situated in the old trullo part of the house and have double beds and patio doors directly to the gardens. The other two bedrooms can be made up as twin or double bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms including one en suite shower and one with corner bath. A utility room with washing machine is located off the kitchen.
