Villa Laureto is a stylish alternative to the local “trullo” architecture of Puglia. Dating back to the 19th century, the villa was completely restored during 2007 and the result is delightful mix of contemporary furnishings and the original architecture of this imposing manor house.

The villa is located just 500m from the small village of Laureto, home to a mini market and a couple of simple restaurants. The larger towns of Fasano and Locorotondo are only 6km away in either direction and the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Coast a short 10km drive. From the first floor terrace there is a distant view of the clear blue waters of the sea.

The grand entrance on the first floor opens into a living area with comfortable seating and small bar leading through to the dining room with seating for 8 and a separate fully fitted kitchen. On this floor there are four spacious bedrooms, three of which have en suite shower rooms and the fourth bedroom has an en suite wc. Three attractive apartments are located on the ground floor all equipped with their own kitchen/ living area and furnished, shaded veranda. Two apartments have 1 en suite bedroom (sleeping 2 people) and one apartment has 2 en suite bedrooms (sleeping 4 people).

Wide sun terrace surround the villa providing numerous outdoor eating areas, ensuring that there is plenty of opportunity to sit and sip cocktails in either the sun or the shade.

The gardens have been planted with grand palm trees, pine trees and bougainvillea. The free-form swimming pool is surrounded by the colourful flora and fauna of the region and boasts a spacious sun-bathing terrace. There is also a built-in barbecue and a laundry room at the disposal of all guests.
