This delightful Masseria is made up of graceful whitewashed building with characteristic archways or ’porticos’,centred around a picturesque courtyard flourishing with bougainvillea and shrubs. It has a beautiful large garden with tropical plants and palm trees, ideal for relaxing under in the shade of the warm Apulian sun. The alluring swimming pool is perfect for a cooling swim and soaking up the summer sun.

Guests can chose to stay in self-catering apartments for weekly stays or in the hotel suites. All guests have the option for continental breakfast (payable locally) which can be taken under the shade of the olive trees in the courtyard garden or delivered to your apartment each morning. The Masseria is the perfect location for a tranquil holiday and also has a reception and bar service on hand during your stay.

This traditional Apulian manor house dates back to the 16th century and is set amongst the impressive backdrop of the Murgia hills is only 2km from the Adriatic coast and 6km from the historic hilltop town of Ostuni.

The Masseria is away from the main road reached by a winding driveway lined with olive trees and the property is surrounded by acres of private olive, orange and lemon groves.

As well as exclusive use of the large pool which is complete with loungers and pool towels, guests have exclusive access to a private beach located just 20 minutes walk away situated behind the gardens of the property. Rosa Marina is an luxurious holiday village with private villas, shops and beach of which guests of Masseria Tutosa can gain exclusive access to.

There are many wonderful seaside restaurants serving local produce and if you don’t fancy going too far on an evening, there are good pizzerias and restaurants a short journey from the property which the owners will be happy to recommend. They can even arrange a taxi service to Ostuni and the nearby towns for those who would perhaps like to dine out but not drive. If you are wishing to do a few activities whilst on holiday there is the nearby 18 hole San Domenico Golf Course, a Go-kart track, horse riding, sailing and water sports facilities all within the local area.

As well as being next to the beaches of Pilone, it is also close to other Blue Flag beaches including Torre Canne and Salveletri. It is also near to Torre Guaceto a famous costal and nature reserve destination. Masseria Tutosa has great access to the nearby town of Cisternino and is near to many local attractions including the Zoo Safari Theme Park, Ancients ruins of Egnazia and the Caves of Castellana. It is a 30 min drive from Locorotondo over looking the Valle D’Itria, the capital town of the Trulli Alberobello and great road access to Polignano Al Mare a unique cliff top town.
